There are two ways to obtain a free formal quote, Free In-Home Survey or Online Quote.
We recommend reserving your move date 3 – 4 weeks in advance to ensure date availability.
Make sure you have separated items you plan to take personally (or not at all) apart from the items you want to move. Also, elevator and parking reservations should be made to guarantee timely packing, wrapping, loading and inventory.
Depending on the destination and service option, transportation can take from 2 - 14 weeks. Shipment tracking will be available to clients through their assigned sales representative.
All shipments must comply with the customs clearance process at destination. This process is controlled by the governing authorities and can be delayed due to heavy volume or other circumstances.
Once the shipment has successfully cleared customs, it will be transported to an approved agent’s warehouse. From there, delivery arrangements will be confirmed.
